1.Fantasy

There was only one set at my school library. i was always so upset when the book I wanted to read wasn't there. I only ever read the books in numerical order. Funny, I'm still the same! 

Charlotte's Web by E.B. White: I read this to my class every year! I loved reading it as a child too!

If You Give a Mouse a Cookie Series by Laura Numeroff

As a teacher, I use these a lot in class to teach many concepts, especially cause and effect.

Any Eric Carle Book! These are great for school, or for home read alouds to your kids or grandkids.

This has been so hard picking a small selection of books that I've read and loved. There are many genres I love reading and many overlap but there are so many 

good books out there. 

As a teacher my big push is, read to your kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews, and friends.  

This is the greatest gift that you can give any child. Help them learn to LOVE reading!
