Waiting For You (Book 4: A Pine Valley Novel) By Heather B. Moore: Book Review

Book Synopsis
Gwen Robbins loves her job waitressing at the Pine Valley resort restaurant, and as a single woman, she has no trouble turning down any offers of dates from the restaurant patrons. Even when her boss, Seth Owens, shows interest in her, she’s not tempted in the least, no matter how strong their attraction.

But when Seth helps her through a crisis, she begins to see him in a different light. He’s not the rich and privileged business owner she first makes him out to be, but a man who’s making huge sacrifices to follow his own dreams. As Seth encourages Gwen to mend her own divide with her family, she realizes her heart is slowly opening toward a better future.

My Review
I just finished reading the novella, Waiting For You, By Heather B. Moore. It's a Pine Valley Novel. It's not often that I read a book and wished that there was an epilogue. This little novella just screams for one. I also would have loved a whole novel, like 400 pages, with the characters of Gwen and Seth. We first were introduced to them in a previous Pine Valley novel. Even though they both were hard headed and a bit stubborn in their ways, I loved both of them. They had amazing chemistry, even when they both were trying so hard not to push each other into a relationship. Seth was so patient and kind.
The best part about the novel is that the romance was well written and put together in a realistic time frame for them to fall in love. Heather has written enough books that she is a master in pacing when it comes to love, suspense or a mystery. She's written a little bit of everything. This is an author that knows what she's doing and she's one of my favorite authors writing and publishing today.

This quick clean romance, that does have some heat inducing kisses, is another book I highly recommend you put on your Summer Reading list.

It's perfect for an afternoon of reading while the kids are playing outside.
Waiting For You is a 5 star book that will leave you happy and definitely wanting more.

Meet Author Heather B. Moore

Heather B. Moore is a four-time USA Today bestseller and award-winning author of more than a dozen historical novels which are set in Ancient Arabia and Mesoamerica. She’s not old and doesn’t remember the time period, so Google has become a great friend. Although she spent several years living in the Middle East, she prefers to forget the smells. Heather writes historicals and thrillers under H.B. Moore. She also writes women’s fiction, romance, and inspirational non-fiction under Heather B. Moore, including The Newport Ladies Book Club, and the Amazon bestselling Timeless Romance Anthologies. Heather’s USA Today bestselling titles include Heart of the Ocean, Mail Order Bride, Mistress Grim, and Poetic Justice. Heather also writes Young Adult speculative under pen name Jane Redd, which includes the Solstice series. Foreign publications include Das Grab der Konigin (Germany), Drommen om lykke (Norway), and Sommer og kjaerlighet (Norway).
Heather graduated from Brigham Young University with a major in Fashion Merchandising and minor in Business Management–which has absolutely nothing to do with writing novels. But at least she can balance a mean checkbook and color-coordinate her kids’ school clothes.
