    My Review

I was so happy to receive a review copy of 365 Days of Grief Comfort: A Year of Comfort and Reflection. I've had three losses in the past month, including my mom. I needed the words and guidance that can be found in this book. The author Cortez Ranieri has written a year-long guide to help anyone heal that is dealing with some kind of loss and grief. The book is not filled with many flowery words. Instead, this is a clear guide helping you step-by-step, doing hard work, and getting to the heart of your grief.

One of the things I really loved in this book was the journal pages because I felt like I was really taking action to help me through what I was feeling and thinking. It felt good to know how to process all of the emotions I have been feeling. The author clearly knows this subject and I felt I was getting good information that I know will help me and others. If you or someone you know is going through any kind of grieving, this book would make the perfect gift for others or for yourself.
