Only recently woken from their centuries’ long slumber, the dragons are unprepared to face them. But when a legend is uncovered, revealing the existence of a lost tribe of mages, hope flickers to life.
The race is on as Tyler Durand and Anwen Kaida rush to find this missing tribe while the others prepare for their last stand. But time and numbers are against them, and Anwen fears that even if they find the lost mages, it will be too late.

I have really liked this series.I enjoyed book one and book two and they both pulled me into this fantastical world of dragons and mages. I especially loved book three because we get to see so much more of the dragons. The main characters Tyler and Anwen are so good together. I've loved the way their relationship has progressed through the series. The connection they have is magical in more than one way. Right from the beginning they set out on a mission searching for more mages in their battle against the Revenants.
One thing you need to know for sure, please make sure that you read the first two books in the series first. If you don't read book one and two, you will be completely lost. This series has built up chapter by chapter, and book by book. There is so much of the back story that is presented a little at a time that finally culminates in the third book.
Dragon Bane was exciting and kept you on the edge of your seat until the end. Overall, this YA series is fun, full of adventure, a mystical culture, and of course dragons. It had everything I was looking for.
