Name That Book Extravaganza: Help Ali Cross Name Book #3 in the Desolation Series!

Ali Cross is looking for people to choose what book #3 will be named!!If you haven't read the first two books here is what you have been missing.

Book #1 BECOME
Sixteen-year old Desolation Black wants nothing more than to stay in Hell where it’s cold and lonely and totally predictable. Instead, she’s sent back to Earth where she must face the evil she despises and the good she always feared.
When Desi is forced to embrace her inner demon, she assumes her choice has been made—that she has no hope of being anything other than what her father, Lucifer, has created her to be. What she doesn’t count on, is finding a reason to change—something she’s never had before—a friend.

Book #2 DESOLATE
Where darkness lives, all becomes desolate . . .
It’s been two months since sixteen-year-old Desolation Black chose Earth over Hell and her friend Miri over her eternal love, Michael.
Desi goes through the motions of life: school, training, remaining vigilant against the forces of darkness, but her dreams are full of the choices she wishes she could change. When she’s injured by a strange demon, old temptations arise, and the lines between good and evil blur. Desi discovers those choices aren’t so final after all.
And this time, the power of love—for a friend, for a lover—may not be enough to save her from the darkness that lurks within.

In order to understand more about the series, so you can come up with a title for book #3,
I asked Ali to tell why she wrote this series and how it came about. I also wanted her to explain to her readers what we can gain from reading the series. Was there a
message/feelings that Ali would like her readers to learn/gain after they are done reading her books? I believe that Ali left a beautiful message, one that all people will be able to relate to.

HOW DESOLATION’S STORY SAVED MY HEART:
 By Ali Cross

"I have always just been a girl, trying to figure life out. I mean, we all are. Right? Thing is, I didn’t really know that until after I wrote BECOME. Before I wrote it, I thought that I should maybe feel ashamed of the yuck inside of me. On the outside, I was a functioning mom, homeschooling my twin boys, volunteering for my church, writing stories. But on the inside, I was still this messed-up teenage girl who didn’t know if I was really worth it. Worth the love my family gave me, worth the trust friends invested in me. Worth being loved. Worth being forgiven.

I started writing Desi’s story after playing the “what if” game based off the question “What if the devil’s daughter only wanted to do good?” It was just a silly story at first. I even tried writing it a bit tongue-in-cheek.

Yeah, that didn’t last long.

Because hovering just beneath the surface of my words was all this emotion. And buried in the story of the devil’s daughter was all this truth. My truth. It seemed I was powerless in the face of it and so Desi’s story became a journey of hope—for Desi and myself—to find happiness. To find love.

I hope that someone out there, some girl like I was maybe, will read Desi’s story and feel it resonate within her heart. I hope she’ll see herself—not just in the dark parts, but in the happy ones too. I hope she’d learn that it really isn’t too late to choose, that no matter how bad it gets there’s still hope and that no matter how far you’ve fallen you can still rise above."

Now comes the fun part! Here is your chance to vote on which name you like the most for book #3. You also can enter to win the Grand Prize by doing the Scavenger Hunt.
